“Thank you for this wonderful site. My six siblings and I are using it to coordinate and communicate care for our elderly mother in New York state. We are scattered across the East Coast and Midwest. This site enables us to schedule tasks and keep everyone informed without having to exchange endless phone calls and emails.”

“What can I do to help?”

Lotsa Helping Hands is a private, web-based volunteer coordination service that allows family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues to create community and assist with the many daily tasks that become a challenge for new parents, parents with multiples, or parents in a temporary crisis.

View some of the organizations that have partnered with Lotsa Helping Hands The community helps solve the problems of endless phone and email tag by using an intuitive group calendar for scheduling tasks such as meals delivery or play group organizing, and customizable sections for sharing photos, announcements, needs of the family, messages, and resources for parents.

Now, when someone asks a new parent, “what can I do to help?” the answer is “give me your name and email address” – the system takes over and allows people to sign up and start helping.
